All information marked confidential by Ananta & Beyond must be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties unless required by law or necessary for performance of the services under this Agreement.
6. Website Usage
By accessing our website, you agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without written permission. We reserve the right to update, revise, or remove content at our sole discretion without prior notice.
7. User Obligations

8. Insurance
Unless stated otherwise, travel insurance is your responsibility. Any insurance included in a package is subject to the insurer’s terms. Claims must be handled directly with the insurance provider. We shall not be liable for claim denials or related delays.
9. Force Majeure
Ananta & Beyond shall not be liable for failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, technical failures, or government orders. We will attempt to offer alternatives or process refunds as per third-party policies, less applicable service charges.
Our liability in any situation is limited to the amount received by us for the specific service, after deducting applicable charges. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of time, income, or travel opportunities.
11. Data and Download Risks
Any content or files downloaded from our platforms are done at your own risk. While we strive to ensure a secure website, we cannot guarantee complete protection against viruses or malware.
12. Communications & Promotions
