By using our services, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Applicability of the Agreement
This Agreement applies to all bookings, inquiries, and interactions made by you through our website or through other customer channels. It governs our mutual rights and responsibilities and remains binding unless explicitly modified or waived in writing.
2. User’s Responsibility of Understanding and Acceptance

These will be shared at the time of booking and form a part of this Agreement. In case of conflict between this Agreement and any service-specific terms, the latter will apply.
4. Third-Party Services and Account Access
You authorize Ananta & Beyond to retrieve and share information with third parties (such as banks, payment gateways, airlines, or visa agencies) to fulfill your service requests. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
All information marked confidential by Ananta & Beyond must be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties unless required by law or necessary for performance of the services under this Agreement.
6. Website Usage
By accessing our website, you agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without written permission. We reserve the right to update, revise, or remove content at our sole discretion without prior notice.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information for bookings, including traveler details, documents, and payments. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations of both your country and the destination country.
Unless stated otherwise, travel insurance is your responsibility. Any insurance included in a package is subject to the insurer’s terms. Claims must be handled directly with the insurance provider. We shall not be liable for claim denials or related delays.
Ananta & Beyond shall not be liable for failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, technical failures, or government orders. We will attempt to offer alternatives or process refunds as per third-party policies, less applicable service charges.
Our liability in any situation is limited to the amount received by us for the specific service, after deducting applicable charges. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of time, income, or travel opportunities.
11. Data and Download Risks
Any content or files downloaded from our platforms are done at your own risk. While we strive to ensure a secure website, we cannot guarantee complete protection against viruses or malware.
12. Communications and Promotions
By using our services, you consent to receive promotional messages, emails, and calls related to our offerings. You can opt out at any time by writing to us at explore@anantabeyond.com.
13. Intellectual Property

15. Testimonials and User-Generated Content
By submitting testimonials, photos, or videos, you grant Ananta & Beyond a royalty-free license to use this content for promotional purposes. If you wish to revoke this permission, notify us at explore@anantabeyond.com.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ananta & Beyond, its employees, and partners against all claims or liabilities arising from your misuse of our services, breach of this Agreement, or violation of laws.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings or deny services if there is any misrepresentation, suspected fraud, or breach of terms. In such cases, refunds will be processed subject to applicable deductions.
While we strive to provide accurate and updated information, occasional errors may occur. You are advised to verify critical information (such as airline policies or visa rules) with the relevant authorities.
All legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
20. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
This Agreement does not constitute a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Ananta & Beyond. Neither party has the authority to bind the other.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
